Helen's Pasta Primavera: While traveling to Italy with my husband Tony, we tried an excellent pasta and vegetable entree made right at our table. It was so memorable that I recreated this dish for my family making it both wholesome and with the same great flavors and taste. The result was my Pasta Primavera Meal, a robust Italian Pomodoro-marinara sauce over a delicious blend of red & green bell peppers & broccoli tossed with my signature GardenSteaks and fun Multi Grain Rotelli pasta.
